In my household, we have a lazy meal which consists of a big glob of peanut butter mixed with chocolate protein powder. We call it "bachelor chow", as per the ad in the Futurama opening.
Sounds like my grandfather. He always had one of those gallon tubs of it on his counter and a fork.
