opinions on homemade flour? i've been Considering it a lot lately, it's an interesting idea and there's lots of stuff you can potentially make flour out of. it also seems very labor intensive through many methods. despite that i still Consider it

I think that sounds fun ^-^ For me I can't really think about using flour other than for bread. If you get an electric mill the flour making isn't too bad. I'm not sure what it's like if you get a manual mill.
