No equivalents as far as I know, but they should be fine (I think a lot of people on here have some familiarity with Tumblr culture)
I'm pretty sure those words have also been transferred to other sites (I think?) so I'm sure it'd be fine to use them. Plus they're just fun to use and you can do whatever you want, forever
in general stuff like. "we call posts chosts here" isn't prescriptive. like, people aren't telling you to use certain terminology. usually they're just excited about the home grown stuff!
use whatever language you're used to, we'll get it
