I dunno man if I'm interested in meta conversations about a website I don't know why it's weird to then reply to posts posted intentionally in that tag
Ain't like I'm desperately digging around for stuff to reply to on here.
I've never been shy about the fact that I'm critical of this site but I think people don't realize that I actually do reply to other stuff on here too, I don't post much else on my own page because I don't like the site and don't trust my posts to be safe hosted here and I mostly post on social media to have conversations which I find impossible on here beyond a few replies. But y'all realize I actually do chat with people on here about stuff other than cohost meta right? It's just that there's absolutely no way for you to see that, and frankly no way for me to even go back and see it, because of the UI.
So yeah sorry I'm not a troll. Not liking cohost and replying to posts I see in the cohost meta tag doesn't make me a troll. I'm not acting in bad faith. I'm just...being exactly who I am, and one thing I am is critical of this site. I'm critical of a lot of sites and I post about that a lot. On other sites that I like posting on more.
Y'all gotta learn what troll means, it doesn't mean someone posts about something that I don't agree with or upsets me. Following a few meta tags doesn't mean I'm scouring the internet looking for strangers to yell at.
I don't care if people block me, I block people for mildly annoying me, but at least block me for being earnest about my thoughts you don't like or find annoying or whatever instead of thinking it's some weird troll. I'm a regular ass person. I'm sincere. Being negative about something doesn't change that. You can be both sincere and negative.
Thinking about this today, the reason it looks like I just want to sit and yell about cohost is because most of you are not on the platform where I yelled about spoutible and bluesky's bullshit this week lmao, I'm telling you I am just extremely fascinated by websites, particularly social media, especially when I can see how they develop from the beginning. Unfortunately it's mostly not great. But it's not unique to cohost, I just only post on cohost about cohost because this isn't where I go to post things in general.
The internet just keeps coming at you. There's a lot of websites out there and they keep making them.
