The ultimate one being Groverhaus but I actually prefer that goon who tried to remodel his bathroom himself thinking it would get him a wife. He repeatedly mentioned that he wanted a bathroom that would attract a mate. It instead repelled multiple contractors.

One of my personal favorites is the guy on SA who bought an island or something and was giving people a $500 stipend to move there, clear out acres of brush with machetes, and bathe in/drink rain water from a barrel.
Oh yeah that's an all timer. The goon who tried to hike some absurdly long distance with like a baby stroller full of supplies was also good but it's better when they manage to find other people who want to come die of infection on an island with them.
There was a rich lady on reddit who wanted to buy/build a castle and a bunch of land and do a "permanent larp" where she's the queen and she got so mad at the people who brought up power imbalances or asked how people would see doctors lmao
