the secret add-on to my previous post is that I'm elated to no longer be officially a part of games media because games media Twitter is an altogether miserable experience full of relentless social climbers and journos with faces on the back of their heads obvious to anyone with even a passing interaction with them. the reason so many games media people are still on Twitter despite how toxic it's getting is because they are the toxic ones, just not in the overtly conservative or bigoted way. the call is coming from inside the house.
