i am using when2meet [link removed] to figure out when i (or a volunteer) should host a vrchat hangout! Just go on the site, put your preferred name (or just like, anon or something) and make up a password (which is for ONLY this link), and set your timezone. You should be able to click and drag to set what days and times you are available or not available.
Its admittedly a little finicky on mobile, and theres probably a better tool out there for this, but this is the best i can think of right now. The poll lists specific days, but it wont necessarily be like, This Week, its just that the tool will assume everyone is in the same timezone if you pick days of the week instead of specific dates.
so yeah here we go! I should have done this long ago but i have now so please let me know what days/times work for you all. Especially if you have been unable to make it to past meetups!

Probably because daylight saving time isn't synchronised globally (most of the world doesn't observe it, and as we've discussed before, Europe and America are out of sync for a month each year.) So this might get a little bit wonky for people whose countries don't have DST come winter. Not that I have a proper solution to that.
Also, d'you think it'd worth tagging this plain #VRChat? The current tags are mostly gonna catch people already attending.

Good points! I didnt want to clog up the vrchat tag which is why i made the ucvrcg tags but i guess for this specific case it might be worth doing
I'm starting a new job this week so my availability to do so may be sporadic, but I live on the West coast and would be willing to help host during times more suited for NA/US peeps looking to hang out in the evening or anyone else who may prefer those times (ie. ~@666, times may vary)
