As a unit, the students hold together behind several large pieces of furniture as police with riot gear attempt to push thru the barricaded door. All students are wearing masks.
One student bangs a water cooler with a stick, making a loud rhythm as students shout various instructions to one another and at the cops.
They shout "GO HOME; GET OUT OF HERE"
They then shout, "....FIVE SIX SEVEN NINE TEN FUCK 12" and "GET THE FUCK OUT" and move as a group to push cops out as the cops move closer move closer.
When the police attempt to cross the threshold of the door, one student puts their hand against the door and the entire unit huddles closer and uses the force of their bodies to push the cops out. A police officer attempts to swat away the water cooler that is raised first, after which one student uses the water cooler to slap against the helmet of the cop with the baton.
Another student is holding a bowl of food at the cops and this student has their arms outstretched at this moment of escalation, in which another police along with the former one use their batons to hit the students. The shouts and screaming continue.
One police officer attempts to grab the water cooler from a student's hand, and then uses their elbow to violently jab at the students in front of them. Then a student close to them raises their hand to beckon him to stop. The police officer continues to punch at the students.
As students shout "LET GO... WHAT THE FUCK" the two officers continue to punch students with their batons and are joined by another on the left side (from the students' perspective).
Somebody shouts "that's enough!"
Police in that area use their body weight to push their riot shield against the student. Then the officers on the doorway continue to punch and escalate and grab. Students in the back yell "Let go of her" as the police in the doorway attempt to apprehend one student at the front. Then the police at the right side of the doorway use their baton to jab downwards at the student at a 30 degree angle.
As the cop is grabbing one of the students at the front, the water cooler continues to be used to knock at the riot gear, the hand holding it is not identifiable in the video. Another student points downward at the student that the cops are attempting to grab.
As the cop continues to grab, students shout, "LET GO OF HER" and "GET THE FUCK OUT" and one student knocks on the glass beside the door and another points to beckon the police out.The students continue to shout and the angled baton continues to attack one student, while another police jabs their forearm into another on the other side.
The students continue to knock the water cooler until it is thrown into the middle of the police. Individual voices shout, "Do not touch her," "You're committing genocide," "Go Home!," "Get the fuck out!"
"Get off of her" "Don't fucking grab them!" "Go home you pigs!" "What are you doing, go home!" "You're hurting students!"
And as they shout they move as a unit and incrementally push the police out from the doorway.
As the students push the police out of the doorway they yell, "Do you beat your kids with those hands? Where's your fucking dignity?" At this moment, the police push their riot shields into the students in an upward angle. At this moment one student yells, "What the fuck!", "Stop!," and "Get the fuck out of here!" And the students in the front use their students to push the shields away at a 20 degree angle. Then the students yell, "You're beating students" one after another.
The pushing continues with all the weight of the group and as the students pushes the cops further out into the second doorway, one student in the front yanks a chair to re-barricade the door. The police retreating was preceded by one cop gesturing to one of them with their left hand. The students continue to shout away the police with "Free Palestine!" The group adjusts the chairs in the front and then disperses, one of them shouts, "A student is bleeding!"
And then the voices shout one after another, "You're beating us." Shortly before this the camera pans to the window with a poster that reads "Free Palestine" in reverse, seen through the window.
The camera then pans into the single cop with riot gear at the doorway as the students continue to yell that a student is bleeding.
