I truly do not get how folks can get so pressed over a stuffed animal

Why is it my fault that folks are offended about a fucking backpack? There's no issue, so why is it an issue? Why do I have to be asked to change to suit other people? Why not ask them to just get over themselves??

IK the answer and it's bc I'm just one worker, compared to the multiple other workers who made a stink about a stuffed animal. It's between two or more Them and one Me and,

well. He's made it clear which side he's taking.

But I'm not gonna say anything. I can't. I need this job and I'm not gonna lose it over a fucking stuffed animal backpack

I feel you. I used to wear a Zorua hoodie and a fluffy red tail to work. Customers loved it, coworkers loved it, and I was able to easily store my various tools in the pockets. Technically our dress code forbids hoodies but they let it slide.

And then we got a new District Loss Prevention Manager. And he was a fucking douche about it and made them crack down on us.

When I open my arcade I'm going to have the rules be SPECIFICALLY crafted out of spite for companies like this. And I will be naming names, too. In fact, at my arcade, the only dress code I'm going to have is "nothing that could be reasonably construed as politically offensive to the common person, and also wear your favorite hat"
