Is the plural for Riolu Riolu or Riolus?

I feel like, for a lot of Pokémon, using the singular form as like. their plural form? Feels better??
I think like. A flock of Wingull sounds better than A flock of Wingulls.
A troop of Chimchar
A school of Basculin
I'm unsure if it's entirely, grammatically correct
But for most I think, it sounds better.
An aside, also entirely unsure about how you'd capitalize Pokémon names. Feel like in most Pokémon media, Pokémon names are always capitalized like they're proper nouns. But are they??
Like you don't capitalize cat or dog or fish but you do capitalize Purrugly or Lillipup or Seaking

Maybe it's because you have Pokémon that're already categorized into like. Different?? Categories??
