honestly i'm with it on this one. anti-spoiler-culture all the way.
also this is affecting how things are made too. studios and publishers are so damn paranoid about leaks because they know that sustaining the mystery is their ticket to getting people to buy that they are actively fucking over actors and animators and artists, the people who make the things you like, to keep them all in the dark as much as possible as to what they're making so nobody is aware that in episode seventeen billy wears a hat or something.
no matter what your opinion is on having something in a story "spoiled" for you, nothing is worth this.
