Yep, that's me! To give context for anyone that hasn't a clue what she's on about, many years ago I hacked the GBA BIOS to do this:
I did a writeup on my blog about it, and if you'd like to do it yourself...
- Get yourself a copy of the GBA BIOS
- Open it in a hex editor
- At 0x332C, replace 880 bytes of data with this data
- The resulting file should have an MD5 checksum of
fdde813df7e1766801b6bf1d67626c77
