The origins of Fizzbuzz can be traced back to the early 1830s, seemingly first appearing as “Buz!” in the 1832 edition of The Little Girl's Own Book by Lydia Maria Child.
The programmable computer can arguably also be traced to the 1830s, as Charles Babbage first described the programmable Analytical Engine in 1837 (though work on the design started as early as 1833).
Despite this contemporaneous development, the two would not appear together until some 150 years later — to the best of my research, the first computer version of Fizzbuzz appears in the 1982 Atari game Figure Fun, published by Thorn EMI.
