I googled this recently and received the unsatisfying answer “one of my followers” as basically the only definition on any site, but that really doesn’t fit with any of the ways I’ve ever seen it used
I always read it as "one of my friends", like a weaker version of "bestie" — e.g. compare "so true oomfie" to "so true bestie"!
