bynone of my keys do the right thing, and I have to look up* how to exit the program before I can do it.
* okay it's at the bottom of the file, but 1) :x/:wq are in my muscle memory and I don't have to think about using them 2) I'm not used to looking for commands in the file window 3) usually when this happens on a machine I get so disgusted I set $EDITOR immediately and it never comes up again, so this happens every like 3 months, if that.
