also this is great fake hacker speak in that it's like, not wrong but also an incredibly silly thing to say. "use tools to break their stuff" "use programming to break their software" "use a key to break into their door"
can't really endorse breaking into the CIA, but if you're going to, doing it in some weird hacker collective, pulling the USB with the files when you realize they've got you, and lighting the computer you used on fire on your way out seems to be a decent way to cover your tracks.
