Under the theory espoused by the ICC to go after Israel, America would be a target.

the context I've cut is Afghanistan, which is one of many reasons I think the US could stand to face the ICC's justice.
excited to see whether the ICC and the UN generally get melted down in service of making sure the wrong war criminals aren't charged.
