Sonic looks tolerable. People forget how janky SA1 and 2 actually were through all the nostalgia, Frontiers looks well within range. If controls feel unresponsive tweak turn speeds in menu. (that's kind of a crazy sentence to write but whatever.) Have no opinion on story yet, could elevate the experience, and also haven't actually played, just watched a stream at work. Not sure if I'm going to buy or wait for sale but I'm definitely interested.
so you're right that SA1 and 2 were janky but thats more that games were just Like That back then so compared to everything else it was normal.
and yeah i tend to wait a week or two to buy games just so that they can iron out any of the major bugs with patches first.
also I'm glad it's dead. it hasn't lived up to its initial promise in a long, long time.

i will know when it finishes downloading / after i finish this destiny 2 raid, but from what i've seen in reviews and gameplay, "middling" is what i'm expecting.
That's pretty good, though! they can't ALL be as good as Mania or Generations.
