One of the odder parts of tumblr I am infrequently exposed to are magic practitioners (witches, neopagans, internet wizards, whatever) carefully but urgently advising that yes the supernatural is real, but the regularnatural is also real. If all the magic you can think of hasn't gotten rid of a spooky haunting you really need to check for stuff like CO2 or vermin or mold.
