They say time comes for us all. But honestly, it feels more like time swiftly passes us by, leaves us to rot as it moves into something different and alien.
The long, seemingly eternal stretch between irrelevance and decomposition is cruel.
We've been watching The Rolling Stones die for a generation and that normalized the idea that rockers should be in a state of perpetual fading away and not immediately put down behind the studio when their music sells Buicks.
