garlic bread cheese sauce broccoli pasta go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go

i may not know much but my cheese sauce is my strongest ability and i can win this karate contest with it

recip:

4ish tbsp flour
half stick butter
couple cups of sharp cheddar (but have more on hand in case)
3 slices american cheese
worcestershire
half and half
garlic powder
onion powder
salt & pep

  • use the flour and butter to make a roux (look up a video)
  • add uhhhhhhhhhh idfk a cup of half and half
  • stir until creamy
  • add cheese until it looks cheesy and creamy
  • if it never starts looking creamy, add more half and half.
  • do not be afraid to add more half and half.
  • if it's thick, add half and half. if it's thin, add cheese.
  • okay.
  • add some salt. infer
  • add some pepper. infer
  • add garlic powder until just before you get concerned
  • add onion powder until you're a little concerned
  • a big fucking splash of worcestershire (but not like you're gonna take a shot of it)
  • stirstirstirstirstir
  • if something's off you'll know what when you taste it
  • keep it on low and stir it on the reg until your pasta's done and then mix em together

BONUS

  • steam some broccoli while you're at it. when the broccs done, pull out like 8 pieces, chop off the crowns, fine chop em with the knife and ~voop~ into the cheese sauce.

you GOTTA shred the cheese yourself. idk if this is common knowledge but shredded cheese from the bag has some anti-stick powder in it that prevents a smooth cheese sauce from forming and i have learned that THE HARD WAY
