What makes this “cliche” botanical photo standout to me is the how the saturation of the blossoms nearly matches the stonework of the university building, yet their shallow focus keeps them separate. I also love the single open tilt and turn window, it’s details like that which truly make this a wonderful photograph! Keep taking pictures, Darren!
