You can download the rules PDF for free. I've playtested the game a bit and it has seemed better than I'd have expected at first, which is nice because I'm not very experienced at boardgame design.

The 7x7 is needed because otherwise the parity of the throws doesn't line up and you can't fulfill the goal. But you can always take a chess board and just cover up one row/column (or just remember that they're off-limits).
