An "off the cuff" rough draft of a proposal for returning an extensive network of high capacity, high speed light rail to Oakland & the East Bay.
Primary job is connecting neighborhoods with BART, Ferries, Amtrak as well as possible. Potential Feeder bus/tram lines not shown.
This will provide a safer, faster way that'll work in concert with AC Transit & other agencies to deliver service that currently either doesn't exist or is underserved/abandoned.
Every line can be ridden from the centers outward in both directions as well as end to end. Each line has two important end points with a important place in the center.
