- Person who turns into a wolf randomly, and can't use the moon to predict it
- Person who switches between wolf form and human form every Full Moon (and stays in that form until next Full Moon)
- Person who turns into a wolf the night before a Full Moon, and needs to correct people every time they think it is the Full Moon.
- Identical twins where one is a human and the other was cursed to wolf form, but they still do the "identical twins swap places" prank on the Full Moon as a bit.
- Person who turns partially into a wolf at night, but which part depends on the moon phase (Example: wolf head during the Full Moon, wolf tail during the New Moon, paws during Waxing Gibbous, etc.)
- Person who turns into a wolf during the Full Moon, but completely of their own volition, being a shape-shifter.
- Person who turns into a wolf for only like 3 minutes on the night of the Full Moon
- Person who summons a wolf to their location every Full Moon (variants of this one include same/different wolf, nice/aggressive wolf, intentionally/unintentionally)
