I have a terminal case of bovine pungiform encephalopathy, the bovine puns are cowmpulsory
they/them/moo where "moo" stands in for "you" or where it's funny, like "how are moo today, Lupi?" or "dancing with mooself"
i ported Quakespasm to Haiku OS lol
The viability of any operating system is solely determined by the presence of native ports of either DOOM or Quake.
i should check the DOOM situation on Haiku, i've been only been focusing on Quake lol
Last time I used Haiku, only Chocolate Doom was available from the package manager. It was also very picky about filepaths, both installing to a specific folder, and then forcing you to dump all your WADs in it. It wasn't intuitive, but I was able to get it up and running!
There's likely more options, but I have no clue how to compile programs from source. :X
looks like GZDoom is available in the package manager now, but i haven't checked the WAD path situation or anything
