they've been dead two years, but apparently twitch still generates these notifications because they set up a "schedule" or something, some feature i never touched in Twitch.
I tried to get into their twitch to shut it off, but their computer bluescreened a lot, their account had SMS 2FA that i apparently missed, and when i got their computer to stop bluescreening it turned out they didn't have a session logged into twitch anymore so I was stuck sending texts to a phone number that hasn't had service in two years.
Ah well. I'm not gonna bother with support over this
