i try not to pay mind to local news when i can avoid it, there's only so much i can take of wayne ivey's existence, or the shitshow that happened with the Grills owner.
it is also just, to the last point, exhausting to see more condo towers and such going up when we've got maybe a few years before the water's at their doors.
there was a whole lot of stuff about our school board basically targeting and harassing and getting a law passed to recall one of its members in last year's election, too, that shit was fucked. like, the one woman who wasn't buying into all this queerbashing bulllshit
