you can say "chimoora" instead of "cow of tailed snake" if you want. its a good pun.

I take rocket photos and you can see them @aWildLupi

I have a terminal case of bovine pungiform encephalopathy, the bovine puns are cowmpulsory

they/them/moo where "moo" stands in for "you" or where it's funny, like "how are moo today, Lupi?" or "dancing with mooself"

people keep talking about how their creative works get more traction and sales through cohost as a counter to the lack of numbers

i haven't made a sale in months (if not years!), and i know at least some of that is from my portfolio being well and truly old, I don't have any rocket launches from after 2020 on the site because the backlog for editing them is just so immense at this point, with an accelerating amount of launches per year.

but beyond that, am i just doing a real bad job of promoting my photography?

...probably.

in reply to @lupi's post:

the feeling i get is that each of those i have seen have been people with a base that moved alongside them to cohost, or at least a few mutuals that with the smaller site cross-pollinating from reshares has built them some for the first time

i'm in an interesting position.

none of Space Twitter is here, save a few names I recognize who were never really Part Of It anyway. None of the other spaceflight photographers are here. I'm the only one, to my knowledge I'm the biggest Poster of Space Things on this dang site, I just.

I didn't have an audience because I was drowned out by space twitter, so I guess I'm in the position of trying to build it here?

That's kinda what I figured, I tend to keep most of the photography on @aWildLupi which probably isn't helping, even with my reblogs over here.

I'll have to start adding the reminders in on my launch photo posts, perhaps
