key takeaways:
- work on your giant expansive game for more than four years, on purpose
- put all the fetishes in your game. yes, all of them

they/them/moo where "moo" stands in for "you" or where it's funny, like "how are moo today, Lupi?" or "dancing with mooself"
key takeaways:
(Never gonna stop pointing that out about Mike Mearls. sorry!)
And one of those people, whose involvement was actually advertised in events to show how closely they were working with WotC, defended and enabled Zak S, while publicly slandering his victims. Mike Mearls is an incredible scumbag. Play it if you want, but... I don't want that just swept under the rug, again.
I don't know anything about any of this, but I don't think one or two shitty people should be allowed to completely nullify an entire team's work. People playing the game doesn't mean anything is being "swept under the rug." The accountability process for something like this is separate from consumer spending.
Just like we had to buy Hogwarts Legacy and not say anything bad about anyone involved with it because so many other people worked on it. Or whatever Activision Blizzard put out without addressing its horrific abuse problems.
I never even said not to buy it. Just, people were expressing glee over it and not paying attention to the fact that the game's marketing was trading on the involvement of a creep at high levels as a liason with WotC. Companies always use consumer spending as an excuse not to address problems. as well. Play it. Enjoy it. But don't demand I be happy about the game and withhold any criticism when someone who personally harmed people I know and care about was involved at the highest levels.
I haven't demanded anything of you. This kind of over-the-top response isn't going to lead to productive conversation.
You got upset because I pointed out Mearls' involvement and kept criticizing any effort to continue to point out and criticize it. If you're not demanding a specific response from me, I'm genuinely unsure what you're doing, as there is no reason for this comment thread to continue other than you being unsatisfied with my response.
I didn't get upset, nor did I make demands. Whatever's going on here is a you problem. Back off.
