I have a terminal case of bovine pungiform encephalopathy, the bovine puns are cowmpulsory
they/them/moo where "moo" stands in for "you" or where it's funny, like "how are moo today, Lupi?" or "dancing with mooself"

in general, where am i going to encounter the least markup?
I feel like CVS/Walgreens will have the greatest markup,
and that my best bet is probably Wal-Mart (which is difficult to get to)
but when family came by for their vacation they took all the sunscreen I had save for the bottle I had in my bicycle saddlebag and now i'm just about out
and the UV index today is 11
The lowest markup is probably the dollar store, but I don't know how good their sunscreen is.
