The cool building is doing most of the heavy lifting here, but I think the low ISO cinefilm was the right choice. The unexaggerated greens against the open sky give a nice grand feeling and sense of scale to the photos. I wish I'd brought a polarizer to have a bit more latitude in the color of the sky.
I haven't given the Cinestill equivalent of this film a try yet, but I have a feeling I'll prefer Silbersalz/other unaltered respoolings. Halations add nice flair to night photos, but I find they've ruined a lot of my shots on 400D.
