I have a terminal case of bovine pungiform encephalopathy, the bovine puns are cowmpulsory

it's just the "th" sound they have trouble with, due to not being able to form an air cup behind the big front tooth, though it's implied that more teeth around it would let them do that. for voiced "th" they go with z or d, depending on dialect, but basically everyone online goes with z. for unvoiced, it's technically possible to go with the icelandic thorn, but when I mention that it usually doesn't click with people so I just kinda throw up my hands. I write for most of 'em with "z" or "zh" in either of those cases anyway.
