⚠️ PRODUCT SAFETY NOTICE ⚠️
Here at Pear, Inc, we know how much customers love our Athena voice assistant. They tell us how much they love setting timers, adding reminders, and turning their lights off.

What you may not know is that powering Athena is a fleet of living supercomputers, which we also call ATHENA (Animate Technological High Efficiency Neural Aggregator), large enough to deal with the millions of user queries every day.

This particular ATHENA unit has been illegally jailbroken by an unknown source (though we have a hunch).

Should you see xem, please contact Pear, Inc Technical Support immediately.
The unit should be considered dangerous; please do not approach.

Additionally, please do not use "Hey Athena" in xyr presence as xey may be able to intercept the command. These interactions are not covered under the Pear, Inc. Privacy Policy.

So, prior to commissioning a custom Dex model for VRChat, there were a few months where we tended to use a (not-45ft) version of Athena; the Mamagen base is easy to customize and very gender.
Xe's probably the OC where everything clicked into place most rapidly as soon as we decided on a mamagen; the thought of xem as the equivalent to Saints Row's Kinzie, and then "who would need a living supercomputer?".
Even the colour scheme is inspired, with some things here being picked from the M1 iMac.

This entire presentation slide/ref sheet was done in Keynote 1, using screenshots from within Unity. We probably need to redo the screenshots at some point; I don't think VRChat had the multilayer camera at the time, and the logos shine more in VRC than they do in Unity.
But then again, it's not like we've commissioned art of xem since making this...
(Also adjust the reflections in some areas and swap "🐦" for "🐘" or "πŸ₯šπŸ›" while we're at it)

  1. we've expressed some exasperation before at this tweet, because who stores their OC's information in PowerPoint as the primary source? But Keynote was the best tool for this specific job (and is not the primary source).
