Space Marines and Guard usually go for Sci-fi VTOL over rotary aircraft, but if you were willing to branch out a bit you could salvage a pair of rotors from some Deffkoptas. If you're not attached to Citadel plastic, I suggest finding a 3D print of a Chinork Warkopta, printing only the much larger rotors, and then attaching them.
This also lets you chop the engines on the sides off and attach massive honking gunbarrels/lascannons/whatever, but then we're getting into custom modeling.
Damn that IS a metal slug-ass vehicle. Lookit this chunky lil SD motherfucker.
Plasticard could be cut into the correct pieces to match the rotors/cylinder/etc; there's a couple bits on Ork deffkoptas that could work but its a liiiiittle mad-max base so you'd need to fix those up a little (you can buy bits online easily enough); there's probably plenty of miniature helicopters, either cheap toys at Goodwill/online or parts of models/etc in the same places. Kitbashing it legitimately the best part of this hobby, imo. I've got some fantastic Grey Knights I've kitbashed together to make models that don't exist standalone (or at least didnt when I made my army), or just....I could kitbash better results.
