I'm leaving nothing to chance and camping out somewhere on the chance they take em over the bridge today
I've put the tripod bag over the camera to help it keep cool until something happens or doesn't
also if I'm cow-and-also-snake does that make this a snakeout
wow the movies never said anything about how boring this gets
the weather is nice and there's shade at least
but I'm out of snacks already
here's a weird boat passing thru the drawbridge I'm staking out. its name is termite and it's weird
you watch.
I'm gonna hit the five or six hour mark of sitting up here (I got here at 8:30), call it, and the instant i get home and get lunch heated up is when someone texts me that they're lowering the bridge or sending the shuttlewagon up the line to gst things started
I looked up from my reading and the bridge was lowering.
they raised it right after I pulled the picture off my camera to share in excitement.
...maybe they just did a test lowering ahead of when they're actually planning to do it later today?
lol raised again
