We've partnered with fantastic labs to deliver the highest-quality prints possible.

All paper prints and wall art print through Bay Photo or Loxley, based on the buyer's location. Buyers in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa will be directed to Loxley.

SmugMug's commerce plans allow you to choose to have your prints handled through either Bay Photo, Loxley, or WHCC. The Portfolio plan allows you to choose only one lab as the default for your entire website, and all orders will print using that lab. Pro plan customers can pick a default lab and can also specify certain galleries (or even images) to be printed through a different lab.

Keepsakes (such as mugs and mouse pads) will be printed through Pic the Gift (formerly EZ Prints) in all instances except when the lab for photo prints is Loxley. In that case the keepsakes will also be printed through Loxley.

@infinityio pointed out (correctly) that my photo store is a pretty raw deal for international customers trying to order prints, with all orders from there printing in the US and then having ot be shipped internationally

I thought it would kick over to a UK lab for international customers but no, i need to be paying twice as much a year on the more expensive plan for that (i'm only on Portfolio, and that's 200 buckks a year as it is, which i have never come close to making back lmao.

As such, I've just enabled personal use downloads as a sale option on the site, if you want something and you are okay with getting it printed yourself locally

obviously that doesn't much help if you wanted something matted or on canvas or metal but for just paper prints, hopefully it's fine
