It's a good start! You've set up a character and done some worldbuilding in just a few panels, leaving the reader (well, me) to want to see more.

I don't know if ill ever really give her a proper story or anything since she's just a sort of catharsis/vent oc, but there will probably be more of her in the future, since shes fun to put in situations
