You can buy a real, official box that turns a crown graphic into an enlarger. Its just a diffused light source you slot in place of the ground glass. Then you mount your camera to a copy stand and you have an enlarger.
If you put a light source where the light sensor is you can just throw the image back out of the camera.
You could use any lens. You could use any medium. I can do everything
now I wanna see what sorta cool optical effects can be done on prints using some of the more niche lenses.
I wonder how a laser pointer would work with the process actually. Would it leave a sharp bright line on the finished print?
Like just putting a laser pointer in place of the light source? I think here it'd just come out as a point on the paper. This is a condensing enlarger so its got some lenses that collumate(ish) the lamp light
oh I was thinking in addition to a light source. Like you have the normal image projecting then "draw" over it with the pointer.
Oh! Yeah, that'll leave denser trails where the light hits. Uhhh, as long as the laser isn't red, I think. But more light = darker paper
