Went and cleaned up one of those sketches since I'm still thinking about her. It's Marigold!
Enchanted and warped into this form by mages long ago, The Dragon of Destruction was to act as one of many foes for the mages. They were defeated time and again, to symbolize the mages' superiority over the fall of civilizations. And while the mages were quite easily able to defeat The Dragon of Destruction nearly every time, in the end, The Dragon of Destruction outlived them. Although, despite her title, Marigold would deny being the sole cause...
Upon death, The Dragon of Destruction is reborn into the world, but while each iteration shares many fragmented memories with the next, they aren't really the same individual each time.
Marigold is the most recent iteration, and she's been living the quiet life in a cave in a mountain for many years. Her massive size (about 15 feet tall and much longer) and evil-looking appearence doesnt tend to solicit the best reactions historically... Still, she finds herself quite content looking after and supporting her daughter, who in turn helps get her anything she cant get in isolation.
Marigold enjoys stories, especially romance novels, although she has trouble reading any books herself due to her size. She doesnt need food to survive, as she's kept alive by magic, but still enjoys sweets and fruits.
Most of her magical enchantments affect how she looks visually, as well as enabling her reincarnation, but she also has magical fire, magically powered flight, and a stinger that can inflict victims with a variety of magical effects.
