I never see the seafoam one in real life, it's always just the rainbow. I don't think that design exists outside of the kind of web spaces that have years-long acrimonious arguments over whether there's a hyphen in "m-spec"
I think EVERY pride flag should have a dragon, maybe a different type depending on the flag. Gays get drakes, lesbians get wyverns, multispecs get the unnamed quadrupeds with wings, trans people get sea serpents, enbies get hydras, aspecs get wyrms, polys get ampitheres, kinksters get chimeric dragons
