in my experience most people just call it "box" or sometimes "to-go box"
I don't think I have a more specific name for it other than takeout box
Clamshell makes sense though

clamshell is unironically a good name for this tho I have not previously heard of that term used for this
A clamshell is what it is, packaging design wise, but vernacularly it's just a box or togo box.
