I think I've seen this girl twice? I might have seen her at the Cherry Point Airshow in 2018, the year before these photos were taken.
I'm far more certain about having seen her in the spring of 2019, when she flew into my local airport as part of her tour schedule. It was her first time flying into KGMU, and given all that's transpired after, I have no clue if she's been back since.
For my birthday that year, I got a ticket to fly aboard her, or rather. I think we bought a year's membership into her preservation society, there was some fiddly "they can't sell tickets, but they can allow society members to ride" sorta thing to my recollection. That was fun, only the second time I'd ever flown, the first being for my 15th birthday thru a groupon deal with the flight school out of this same airfield.
Honestly, there's far more pictures from this outing that I want to touch up, there's one looking forward from the back of her wing, and a few others I don't think I have up anywhere. These and a handful of others are available for purchase on my gallery site, though. The park they built at the airport's second apron is just so lovely, and made framing these shots so much fun!
