Thank you so much for this post! I hope you dont mind a little additional commentary along with my links. I've been making music since i was a kid and It took a lot of time for me to get pretty okay at it! I started off on a yamaha piano in 2007 with those like really pretty wii-esque sound profiles/instruments!! Then around 2015 I got really really into audacity and just layering my vocals up and playing with that! So this year, after releasing 'Lemonade' I dealt with like a lot of life events at once and ended up making a really cool mixtape called Psychadogchick!!! I'm really proud of it and still working on a project related to it, but since then I've already found things I can improve on! I have learned that you can put your vocal trains and sidechain it to OTHER tracks so it doesn't end up sounding so flat lmao!!! (it took me a while to learn that plus the nuances of EQing!) My favorite part of making music is how I can take literally all my influences and transmute it with unadulterated autistic joy just playing with sound! I like making music that sounds out of any era of music, although that's not always the case! Hyperpop, EDM and IDM are my go-to's percussion wise but I have also spent a lot of years gradually practicing the skill of rap and improvisation to help me with my speech impediment from my bilaterial cleft lip! I really really like rap and found so much comfort in it while i was going through absolute hell with housing and feeling so isolated! I've been able to keep going with music, I love sharing it and I am of the opinion that people should feel free to use my weird ass noises for samples!! Modify, Share and Sample baby!!! Anyways thats my life's story, on any other place i probably wouldn't indulge so much but... I'm trying to cope with Cohost going. Anyway's I'm Original Woman, And I don't often explain it, but she was around before Eve was in the picture! I'm a mothgender sparkledog who is intent on making some serious bangers, I'm on youtube but here is my bandcamp
