important details to note here:

at least six foot from hoof to haunch
-- probably equally wide if not wider back there
quantity of snakes is always at least commensurate to quantity of cow.
-- taur is two counts of cow, so starts with two counts of snake
always at least this huge probably
-- bulltaur is a shape to stand in contrast to anthro moo's relative modesty
-- this is a shape where the focus is on them, and they're not putting the focus on others
