it's a sports arena that fell into disuse after a new arena got built and got sold off and converted into a retail space. classic american urban development story. nothing really that remarkable to it besides its shape and the smooth pitch black sarcophagus they found buried in the foundation in 1992 (the year after construction was completed and opened to the public) and is seemingly immovable and impervious and nobody has been able to unseal and all past and present employees swear to absolute secrecy about. enough joking around, thanks!
