a year or so ago Just King Things (i think) hit some sort of popularity threshold where my publicly available info got scraped and collated into an "influencer profile" and added to a database that now means i receive useless PR emails. the database kindly sent me an email letting me know they did this but did not provide an option to disengage. anyway, they just emailed again to ask if i wanted to "update my contact info," providing a snapshot of the profile they already have, and here is the little bio they have assembled for me
