thinking about the time on tumblr that i encountered a blog that was apparently dedicated to posting pictures of women in underwear bending over, photoshopped so that it looked like they were peering into open mortuary cabinets
i've been on the internet a long, long time and consider myself something of a scholar of the human animal and its Proclivities and still from time to time i will find something that makes me go "well now!"
The most shocking fetishes to me, these days, are the ones that are extremely specific. Like the famous Wonderbread Guy, who commissioned all kinds of different artists to draw women buying large quantities of wonderbread and destroying the environment.
I think I'm more fascinated not by the fact that people have these specific fetishes but that they seem to have been able to narrow them down so accurately. Like damn that is a level of self-knowledge and awareness that I kind of envy. Not sure I'd be posting publicly about it if I figured that out, but congrats for showing good hustle on the "what am I really looking for out of life" front.
