hey michael, you mentioned going to some local diners in the recent jkt bonusode and i think we might have grown up in the same crappy town in indiana. (idk if you want to say the name but its shared with a larger east coast city) if so: my condolences but also wasn't the library surprisingly awesome for a broke rust belt town? i got into king solely because of the paperback section there and was disappointed by all the libraries after i moved away
assuming we're on the same page i didn't grow up there and never went to the library, it was just the closest place with diners where me and my friends could hang out once at least one person in the friend group could drive. i am glad the municipal king shelf served you well though!
