this shit RULES
there's a little fiddliness to getting the nitrogen infusion right without turning the whole thing into foam (ideally I can get a whipped cream dispenser with more than 500ml capacity) but overall this is pretty easy to pull off
excited to have good, cold coffee at home during the like, two hot weeks out of the year in the bay area
oh and for the people who aren't coffee dorks; nitrogen infusing coffee makes it notably sweeter, plus gives it the nice beer-esque foam head at the top. if you wanna try it, stumptown coffee makes a nice canned nitro coldbrew, highly suggest pouring it into a glass and adding some oat milk
